This Spencer project focused on upgrading the pool surrounds to create a modern, functional outdoor area with a clean finish and enhanced usability. The original layout was tired and uneven, so the brief was to bring it up to a high standard with durable materials and crisp detailing.

We installed new paving throughout the pool zone, using large-format tiles in a soft grey tone for a contemporary look that stays cool underfoot. A white tiled border frames the pool and spa, highlighting their curved shape and offering a subtle contrast to the rest of the hardscape.

Glass balustrades were added along the perimeter to maintain views while meeting safety requirements, and new planting along the boundary softens the edges and adds privacy.

The result is a sleek, low-maintenance space that complements the home and brings new life to the poolside area.
